A HEALTHY HEART

A Healthy Heart has two factors to consider. Your spiritual and natural well-being. Proverbs 23:7 KJV says this, for as a man or woman thinketh in their hearts, so is he or she. (Paraphrased)

Psalm 51:10 KJV says we should ask God if we know that we need a Healthy Spiritual Heart boost. He can create in us a clean heart, Our God; and renew a right spirit within us. (Paraphrased).

The Kingdom Prescription

LAUGHTER has a twofold benefit. It keeps you light in spirit and exercises your lungs, stomach muscles, lifts off stress, changes your heart rate to a normal rhythm, clears out unsettling thoughts, and clears your tear ducts as they release tears through laughter. Proverbs 17: 22 says, A merry or joyful heart does good like a medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. Laughter gives you an increase in your ability to move into areas without hesitation.

Laughter lightens the heart, mind, and soul of things that were tied up. Laugh about it instead of cussing about it. How delightful to learn that laughter really is the best medicine and will perhaps add as many good years to your life as other familiar health tips.

The Kingdom Prescription
